Curve Games can today announce an exciting new partnership with French studio Homo Ludens to publish casino-themed sim-management game, Blooming Business: Casino. The game’s retro Las Vegas-inspired aesthetics and cute animal inhabitants combine for a satirical take on the tycoon formula and is currently available to wishlist.
Commenting on this latest partnership, John Clark, CEO of Curve Games, said: “We’ve been genuinely inspired by the creativity and originality that the Homo Ludens team has brought to a genre that we know very well. Blooming Business: Casino is an incredible looking game with a unique twist that players will love.”
He added: “Homo Ludens is a hugely impressive studio that is committed to making the industry better through its games. The team really listens to players and applies their feedback. This is a core value that we look for in our studio partnerships, making this one a natural fit.”
David Rabineau, Founder and CEO commented: “When we decided to pivot from our self-publishing strategy to a partnership with a publisher, it was absolutely key to find people who understand, respect, and support our vision for the long run, while providing helpful critique and feedback. Curve has been precisely this, and we couldn’t be in better company.”
This announcement follows Curve’s successful launch of the fast-paced, precision racer party game, Golf Gang, from UK developer Lazy Monday Games. The Curve Games team continues to look for partnership and acquisition opportunities as they expand their portfolio.
