We are looking for a talented, passionate and self-starting Product Manager to join our growing marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a selection of our growing roster of titles.

Job Role

Reporting to the VP Global Marketing, the Product Manager’s responsibilities will include:

  • Day to day global marketing, brand and lifecycle management of allocated titles from brand positioning and development through to acquisition and post-launch, working closely with the different channel marketing leads, PR, Community, Design etc and selected supporting agencies to build out strategies and execute plans.
  • Being the brand custodian, developing and championing the brands of all your titles and building-out go to market plans.
  • Preparing marketing plans and presenting to internal stakeholders, providing relevant status updates where applicable.
  • Becoming the primary contact for development teams and internal stakeholders regarding the marketing strategy and asset creation.
  • Providing input into any relevant publishing discussions e.g. beta programs, DLC and post-launch content plans.
  • Briefing, managing and delivering a variety of marketing assets to service all marketing channels platforms and storefronts and ensuring quality of output and brand alignment.
  • Managing the marketing budget allocated to each title and sharing monthly status reviews with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Working with internal sales team and third parties to exploit cross-promotional marketing and business opportunities.
  • Participating in post-campaign analysis to ascertain campaign effectiveness.
  • Supporting Curve at any relevant consumer/trade events.

What we want from you:

  • A minimum of 3 years product management experience in video games is essential, either from within a publisher or developer, marketing digital games globally.
  • A proven track record in product and brand development.
  • A creative and innovative marketeer ideally with experience of community focussed marketing initiatives.
  • Must have extensive knowledge of various platform channel store pages (both front and back end) such as PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, and Steam and able to devise marketing strategies that will maximise our commercial opportunities to meet our business objectives.
  • You will be meticulously organised and should be able to work efficiently to (sometimes) tight deadlines and budgets, plus have a methodical approach to work priorities.
  • You should possess excellent written and verbal skills and be commercially astute.
